The Civil War Today is an application that was held in conjunction with A & E Television Networks and Bottle Rocket. A & E History Channel owners and Bottle Rocket was responsible for programming and application development. The title may seem that this is a game, or even a new social network. But a newspaper is 150 years old.
This application presents historical facts in the form of a current newspaper. Each story is accompanied by images, stock photographs, cvídeos, maps, quotations and references.
For now the application is only available for the iPhone platform in IOS.
With The Civil War Today you can go back 150 years in history. Also includes a section titled “A Day in the Life” in this section are collected personal letters and journal excerpts of key figures in history.
The application is quite a journey to the past, including integration with Twitter has is special. Since you share the content is sent as if it were a telegram via morse code.
